Custom Digital Services Due to the extensive manual labor, technical setup, and personalized nature of our services, all sales are considered final. Once the project setup, content creation, or AI development process has officially commenced, we do not offer refunds.

Subscription and Retainer Cancellations If you are enrolled in a monthly retainer or ongoing maintenance plan for your AI or automation systems, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, you must notify us of your cancellation at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations apply only to future billing periods. We do not issue partial refunds for the current month's active services.

Revisions and Technical Support We are committed to the success of our clients. While we do not offer refunds, if an automation workflow or AI chatbot we delivered experiences technical issues or does not function exactly as outlined in our initial service agreement, our team will provide the necessary revisions and technical support to resolve the problem.
